How to Report a Card
To report a user or a specific link, please send an email to:
To help us investigate, please include the following:
- The full URL of the card (e.g., `https://mysocialcard.me/username`).
- A clear description of your concern. Which link is it? What content is on that link?
- The reason you are reporting the content (e.g., "Hate Speech," "Spam," "Impersonation").
- Any screenshots or other evidence you can provide.
What to Report to Us
Please report any content that violates our Terms & Conditions. This allows our moderation team to review the content and take appropriate action, such as removing the card or banning the user.
Harassment & Hate Speech
Content that harasses, bullies, or threatens individuals, or promotes hate based on race, ethnicity, religion, or other protected groups.
Spam, Scams & Fraud
Links to phishing sites, fraudulent "get rich quick" schemes, or deceptive content designed to mislead users.
Impersonation
Accounts that pretend to be another person, celebrity, or organization to mislead people.
Other Violations
Posting of private information (doxing), glorification of self-harm, or distributing malware.
When to Contact Authorities
For Immediate Threats or Illegal Activity, Contact Law Enforcement First.
While we will act quickly to remove any illegal content from our platform, **we are not a law enforcement agency.** If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please contact your local police department or emergency services first.
You should report the following *directly to the authorities*:
- Credible threats of violence.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Human trafficking or solicitation.
- Promotion of terrorism or violent extremist groups.
After you have reported it to the authorities, you can also report it to us at report@mysocialcard.me so we can take immediate action to remove the content and assist law enforcement.
